January 28, 2020 - Fall in love with Stark County and experience a night away, romantic spa days and an unforgettable gourmet meal.

DAY 1

Morning

  • Enjoy brunch at Twisted Citrus and start your day off with Twisted Citrus Sangria. There is no such thing as calorie counting when it comes to indulging in the “Take The CannoIi” French Toast!
  • After breakfast head to the Hartville Marketplace & Flea Market. Start your romantic shopping experience by giving each other $10 and see who can get the best gift.

Afternoon

Evening

  • Have an intimate dinner by the fire, sipping out of this world wine at the Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard.
  • Fall into love with an overnight at one of the Unique Accomadations at Gervasi Vineyard. The Villas will provide you and your significant other with a luxurious suite, cozy fireplaces and touches of Italy and with gorgeous Tuscan-inspired décor including stucco walls, heated travertine limestone floors (winter months), rustic wood doors and wood ceiling details. The Casa features king-sized beds, fireplaces, heated floors and other high-end amenities. Each room has an adjacent covered patio, allowing all guests to enjoy the picturesque view of a courtyard and pond.

DAY 2

Morning

  • Wake up and enjoy breakfast in bed at the Unique Accomadations at Gervasi Vineyard, featuring house made pastries, granola, fresh fruit garnish, coffee, yogurt and juice.
  • Head to the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum and immerse yourself in history as you walk the quaint Street of Shops.  Be sure to venture up the 108 steps to the top of the McKinley Presidential Monument to pay hommage at the resting place of our 25th President.  While you are up there take advantage of the view and snap the perfect selfie together.

Afternoon

  • Head to a Canton classic, Taggarts, for lunch, but make sure you save room to share a Bittner!
  • Do a little exploring, of art that is, in the Canton Arts District! With over 40 pieces of public art, there is something to excite everyone. Get some uniquely Canton shopping in at the boutiques, art galleries, and studios.

Evening

  • Have dinner at Bender’s Tavern. Located in Downtown Canton, this historic restaurant, has everything from fresh seafood to steaks done just the way you like it.
  • End your evening with a nightcap at The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard. A coffehouse by day and a cocktail lounge by night; they pride themselves on having live music every evening Wednesday-Sunday.

STAY AN EXTRA DAY

Morning

  • Wake up and enjoy a morning walk on Stark Parks Middle Branch Trail -- that travels through the property at Gervasi Vineyard. Guests can enjoy a brisk walk or can take the trail of over 5.43 miles. No matter what the weather, this trail is so serene.
  • Spend your morning at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and bond over cheering for your favorite football team, plus check out the team shop that has gear from all 32 teams!

Evening

  • Share a bottle of wine and delicious sharables at Maize Valley Winery. One of you don’t like wine? They also have a wide selection of craft brews for every palette. Many nights there is also live music.
  • Nestle in for the night at Quail’s Covey Bed & Breakfast and enjoy a romantic suite complete with a Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy one of Charlotte’s homemade apple dumplin’s and her scrumptious full breakfast before you depart the next morning!
