If anyone knows me, they know I LOVE football! Football season to me, is not just a game on Sunday, but it is a passion that involves watching and analyzing every game, owning my favorite player’s jerseys, sporting cute football saying t-shirts, and of course indulging in game day food! This year, fans from all over will be kicking off the official start to the NFL season with the Thursday night game, September 8, between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos. I think we are all excited to see this rematch between the Super Bowl teams, and to see what Cam Newton will replace the beloved “Dab” with and who's hands Von Miller will knock the ball out of. To celebrate the first game of the NFL season, The Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival will host the Canton Kickoff Weekend, September 8th through the 10th with football-themed family fun, food, and live music from 11:00AM to 10:30PM daily in Downtown Canton. Put on your team’s football jersey, for these 6 must dos!
Help celebrate the Kickoff of the NFL season and enjoy the festivities that surround the race, Saturday, September 10th beginning at 10:00AM, during the Canton Kickoff Weekend. Best part? You can run or walk, and Pigskin, the Visit Canton Mascot, will be there cheering you on at the finish line, making you feel like the champion you are!
