August 16, 2022 | The 12-person Seniors Committee will discuss the twelve finalists in detail and will send three to the full 49-person Selection Committee for consideration at its annual meeting in early 2023.

August 23, 2022 | The 12-person Coach/Contributor Committee will discuss the twelve finalists in detail and will send only one to the full 49-person Selection Committee for consideration at its annual meeting in early 2023.

September 20, 2022 | Modern-Era Nominees for the Class of 2023 will be announced.

November 22, 2022 | The Modern-Era Nominees will be reduced to 28 Semifinalists.

January 4, 2023 | The Modern-Era Nominees will be reduced to 15 Finalists.

January 2023 | The full 49-person Selection Committee will discuss all nineteen finalists in detail and will select up to nine to be in the Class of 2023. Finalists will include fifteen Modern-Era Players, three Seniors, and one Coach/Contributor.

February 9, 2023 | The Class of 2023 will be announced and those selected will be enshrined in August.
