Kick your Weekend Off at Nature's A-Glow at Beech Creek! See the beautiful Beech Creek Botanical Gardens turned into a Winter Wonder escape as over 500,000 lights illuminate the property! Walk the trails and enjoy dozens of light displays, participate in hands on activities, cozy up by the fire and roast marshmallows, enjoy hot cocoa, snacks and more!

Grab dinner at Grinder's, a local favorite since 1976, you’ll find eastern style grinders, flatbreads, burgers, homemade soups, and more! Be sure to check out the soup of the day and leave room for a piece of their homemade pie!

Stay the night at the Hampton Inn & Suites, located in the heart of Alliance right on State Street, you won’t find a more convenient and comforting stay. You know exactly what to expect from the food when you step in a place like Doug’s: great tasting burgers, fries, shakes, sandwiches, appetizers, and more! Bring quarters to try out the jukebox and get the full 50’s experience!

Let your inner artist out and enjoy some indoor fun at Hot Pots Pottery! Choose from a variety of activities such as pottery painting, mosaics, candle making, and glass fusion! You can also try out the splash room for a more interactive and loose experience!

Saturday Evening...

Enjoy the winter evening Ice Skating at Silver Park! Lace up your skates and test the ice out at Alliance’s Silver Park! This ice rink is a new addition to the lively community park with artificial ice for you to enjoy regardless of temperature!

Stop at another local favorite before your trip is over in Heggy’s Confectionary! Serving Alliance since 1940, Heggy’s is known for great burgers, homemade ice cream, roasted nuts, and fresh treats! Make sure you order your fries with butter and grab a box of chocolates (the perfect Christmas gift) before you leave!
