Fall Flavors & Oktoberfest!

The Brew Kettle Canton

Oktoberfest | 6.0% ABV
This medium-bodied lager boasts a rich maltiness with notes of toasted bread and caramel, balanced perfectly by a subtle hop bitterness.

Codex Brewing

Oktoberfest | 6.8% ABV
A celebration of the autumn harvest, their stronger than typical version of this malty lager with its golden color & lighter more balanced body is inspired by the festbier traditionally served at the Munich Oktoberfest.

The Fall of the House of Butternut | 8.0% ABV
Brewed with butternut squash, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg their twist on a pumpkin style ale shifts the focus back to seasonal ingredients used in season. Rich and warming this beer pairs nicely with cooler weather and holiday feasts.

Fat Head's Brewery

Blood Moon Sabbath | 7.2% ABV
The nocturnal gathering has begun! Witches and alewives stir the cauldron of this demonic brew. Hopped up with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Conditioned with the bloodiest of oranges.

G'Suffa! Oktoberfest | 5.5% ABV
Imported German malts give this Fest Bier a chestnut red color. Nice aromas of toasted grains with a crisp, crackery malt flavor which is balanced by imported German noble hops. Smooth and highly drinkable.

Oktoberfest | 5.0% ABV
Imported German malts give this modern Festbier a subtle sweetness. Lighter in body than a Marzen and deep gold in color with aromas of toasted grains. Crisp, crackery malt flavor balanced by German noble hop flavor and aroma. Smooth and highly refreshing.

Oktoberfest | 6.0% ABV
Toasty, bready malt flavors with a subtle sweetness and low hop bitterness. Rich and creamy with a moderate dry finish.

Tickle My Pickle | 4.0% ABV
It's the real "Dill"! Wonderful pickle tang, sour and refreshing.

Muskellunge Brewing Company

Bronzeback Oktoberfest | 5.5% ABV
This traditional Oktoberfest was fermented and lagered over the summer months to create a toasty malt flavor balanced with floral hops and medium body.

Sterlet Munich Dunkel | 6.0% ABV
A Munich Dunkel is a traditional, bottom-fermented German brown lager, known for its smooth, malty character and flavors of toasted bread, chocolate, and nuts, balanced by subtle hop bitterness.

New Berlin Brewing Company

Ducktoberfest | 5.9% ABV
This classic Oktoberfest style traditionally brewed in March and cellared until fall, has a bready and malt forward aroma. Medium bodied with a rich amber color and a balanced noble hop presence.

Festbier | 6.2% ABV
The modern standard for Munich's Oktoberfest. Brewed with imported german malt, golden in color and highly drinkable. Late boil additions of German Saphir give classic noble hop profile with a modern citrus twist.

Herbstbier | 5.8% ABV
It is a Traditional German beer also known as a Marzen. A Malty Amber Lager with a rich, toasty malt Flavor.

Oktoberfest | 6.0% ABV
A German amber lager that is elegant and clean with a full body, rich, and bready malted flavor.

Peach Cobbler | 8.0% ABV
An Imperial Sour Ale fruited with peach puree and gently spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Starflyer Brewing Company

Marzen Oktoberfest | 5.7% ABV
Brewed with Munich and Vienna malts, this beer pours a beautiful amber-brown and is richly malty yet highly drinkable.

St. Anky Festbier | 6.0% ABV

UnHitched Brewing Company

Fuda Laga | 7.0% ABV
This special lager fermented and aged in their wooden foeders for just over a year, they then traditionally referment it in the can and keg to carbonate it naturally. The resulting beer has many similarities with white wine, it has some balancing acidity, delicious fruit flavors, some vanilla notes from the oak and a medium mouthfeel. Couple all this in with a crisp finish and creamy carbonation and you have a refreshingly complex drinking experience!

Grande Whoo | 7.7% ABV
Another slow fermentation and aging in French Cabernet barrels results in a highly complex and drinkable beer. Grande Whoo offers drippy cherry and red fruit notes courtesy of the cab barrels, some background chocolate and caramel from the malt. Medium acidity and body harmonize the whole affair, our modern take on a deeply classic Belgian style!

Basic Witch Brew | 9.0% ABV
Their Spooky Tooth ale infused with vanilla beans and Sumatra coffee. It’s rich, cozy, and brewed to perfection!

Pumpkin Cannon | 8.5% ABV

Pumpkinseed Pumpkin Spiced Ale | 5.5% ABV
This ale is brewed and fermented with 50 lbs of pumpkin, a mixture of spices, and Cascade hops to balance it out, delivering to you a flavor reminiscent of pumpkin pie.

Chuckin Pumpkin | 7.0% ABV
Pumpkin ale brewed with caramelized pumpkin and all the tradition pumpkin pie spices.

Starflyer Brewing Company

Frost on the Punkin | 6.0% ABV
Looks like a blonde ale but drinks like a stout. It's brewed with generous amounts of pumpkin pie spice, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and coffee beans - and this year they're serving it on Nitro for an extra smooth and creamy drinking experience.

Maize Valley Winery & Craft Brewery

Gold Chocolate Stout | 6.5% ABV
Milk/Sweet stout using beans from local coffee roaster m&h beans (Gold Chocolate Coffee Beans). Rich, mellow and smooth with a great coffee flavor and a wonderful chocolate finish.

Muskellunge Brewing Company

Sturgeon Russian Imperial Stout | 12.5% ABV
This is the ultimate beast beer, with a mass of base and specialty malts, delivering a strong and complex malty aftertaste, nicely balance with 30 IBU of hops. Very smooth stout. Beware of the beast.
