Overview
Owners Brandon Benson and Dean Economous opened Aeonian Brewing Company in March 2021 with the goal of creating an inviting environment where people can hang out and enjoy quality craft beer and craft food.
Our Building:
Prior to Aeonian Brewing Co, the 160-year-old building housed Mount Union Mill. Much of the original rustic charm, including the corrugated concrete walls, is still present in the taproom and private event spaces. The taproom is family-friendly and has ample table and bar seating and features a large fireplace and glass doors that, weather permitting, open to the patio. Outdoor seating is available in both the front and back of the building and these outdoor spaces are dog friendly.
Our Name:
The word Aeonian means eternal and everlasting in Greek. We are so excited to be part of Alliance and we chose Aeonian as our name because we hope that our brewery becomes an everlasting part of this amazing community.
