Plain Township Amphitheater
Plain Township Amphitheater
The Plain Township Amphitheater at Legacy Park is located at Oakwood Square Plaza in Plain Township. The venue features lawn seating, fire pits, a large covered stage with a first class audio system, full flush year round restroom facility, and a fully inclusive playground provided by the Visit Canton Destination Enhancement Grant.
The Plain Township Amphitheater hosts summer concerts and a variety of events such as childrens' programs, health & wellness programs, holiday events, and a variety of approved special events in partnership with Oakwood Square merchants and businesses.

The Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater
The Jackson Amphitheater is a visually-striking, outdoor amphitheater located in Northeast Ohio in Jackson Township. The 3,500-person Amphitheater sits in a beautiful park and hosts live music and community events throughout the year.

Summer Serenades in the Park
Summer Serenades in the Park
Enjoy the spontaneous sounds of nature with the orchestrated sounds of music! Summer Serenades is a free family-friendly series of instrumental ensembles performing all over Stark County. Bring your chair or blanket, favorite picnic food, and games; explore the parks and listen to the music! This a collaboration between Stark Parks and the Canton Symphony Orchestra.

Massillon Summer Concert Series
Duncan Plaza
The newly renovated Duncan Plaza pays homage to one of Massillon's early founders, James Duncan. Today, the plaza can entertain over 1,000 guests for events. The venue features a covered stage, built in seating which adds a convenient feature for guests as well as beautiful architecture.
Massillon Ice Skating Rink sponsored by Fresh Mark:
- Open to the public daily through March 1, 2026, weather permitting.
- Ice skates are provided by the Massillon Parks and Recreation Department at no cost on weekends, Friday-Sunday.
- Those who have their own skates can go anytime during operating hours. No rigid toe stoppers permitted.

Centennial Plaza Summer Concert Series
Centennial Plaza
Centennial Plaza is inspired by the City of Canton’s rich history and proud legacy as the birthplace of professional football. The design of this dynamic public space — featuring a park, monument elements, amphitheater, and restaurant area — commemorates every NFL player from the League’s first 100 years while establishing an iconic presence in the heart of downtown. Thoughtfully designed social spaces and striking architectural elements create a gathering place that will inspire residents and visitors for generations.
Officially opened in 2021, Centennial Plaza is highlighted by its dramatic 80-foot stainless steel spires and expansive football-shaped green lawn. The venue also features a large video screen, enhanced sound system, and public restrooms, making it ideal for concerts, festivals, movies, sporting events, and community celebrations. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs, enjoy live entertainment, watch the big game, or simply relax with a picnic in a vibrant downtown setting. An artistic custom sign welcomes visitors to Canton with a symbolic nod to the McKinley Monument and the city’s football heritage. On the opposite corner of the Plaza, the NFL 100 Year Player Pylons feature two-sided, semi-transparent, internally illuminated glass panels displaying more than 25,000 player names from the League’s first century. Anchoring the Plaza is the sweeping steel Centennial Pavilion, an elegant architectural structure that frames and shelters the event lawn. At night, thematic LED accent lighting transforms the space with scripted scenes that enhance the Plaza’s energy and atmosphere.
