Cucina Demonstration Classes: The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun and inspiring educational experiences marked by delicious food and memorable wines. Demonstration cooking classes take place in The Villa Grande and are led by guest instructors. Study the Chef's technique as they prepare a menu of enticing dishes during this enhanced dining event. Enjoy a generous portion of each course, accompanied by a glass of wine (cash bar with wine and beer also available). You won't go home hungry after these delectable demos! You'll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home.

Distillery Bourbon Tasting Tours: Gervasi Vineyard offers premium distillery experiences featuring three spirit tastings paired with a salty side car snack and a GV logo shot glass to take home. You'll get an insider's look at our state-of-the-art distillation process, led by a member of the distillery tour team! Guests may also purchase bottles and have them signed by our distiller.

Ticketed Tours at The Cave: Gervasi Vineyard offers a Wine Tasting & Barrel Room Tour of The Cave. Available Tuesday-Sunday afternoons. Guests will experience four wine tastes guided by a Wine Ambassador with a light antipasti cup. After they will tour the Wine Barrel Cave. Please purchase tickets here!
