STAR Frontline Training Registration

Enhance your skills as a tourism ambassador of Stark County! Attend a STAR Frontline Training session to amplify your knowledge of our destination, get tips on making recommendations for visitors, and ideas to implement at your own attraction.

This free training is valuable for business owners, managers, frontline staff, interns and volunteers alike. Our goal is to create a destination that is warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful so our guests leave happy and with a desire to return!

Plus, attendees will receive access to the new Frontline Fam Pass to experience Stark County attractions with a visitor’s perspective in mind!

2025 STAR Frontline Training will take place on April 22, 2025 with two-hour training sessions beginning at 9:00AM & 3:00PM.

• Meeting Location: Visit Canton is located at 401 Market Ave. N., just one block from the parking lot. Please enter through our Welcome Center doors at the corner of the building
• Parking: Please park in the surface parking lot located at 400 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio 44702. Take a ticket and bring the ticket with you. We will affix a sticker barcode to your parking ticket for you to scan when you leave the parking lot for free parking.
