Join us on September 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for Timeless Connections: Our Story – 80 Years in the Making, this year’s signature fall fundraiser celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Stark County Historical Society, the organization behind the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum. For the past eight decades, the Stark County Historical Society has preserved and shared the history, science, and stories that connect our community—creating memories and experiences that continue to inspire generations.

This year’s theme reminds us that our story is your story. For more than 80+ years, the Monument and Museum have been woven into the lives of families, students, visitors, volunteers, and community members throughout Stark County and beyond. The memories made here are part of a shared community story that continues to grow with each generation.

For one night only, guests will enjoy behind-the-scenes access to rarely seen artifacts and photographs, immersive exhibits, and interactive experiences throughout the Museum that celebrate the people, milestones, and memories that have shaped our organization over the past 80 years—and the future still to come.

The evening will also feature live music, heavy appetizers, and specialty samples from local favorites, including Dishes by Design, That Little Italian Kitchen, and Cherry Blend Coffee Roasters—plus more delicious offerings throughout the evening.

Whether you are attending for the first time or returning as a longtime supporter, this year’s event promises new stories, new discoveries, and a deeper connection to the collections and community that define our shared history.

Guests may also upgrade to the special anniversary ticket price of $80 to receive a free custom-made, limited-edition, numbered military challenge-style commemorative coin featuring the McKinley National Memorial.
