Overview
Opening reception featuring more than 35 artworks centered around 14 idioms by artists Luanne Bole-Becker, Kayleigh Deeks, Rachel Kabelitz, and Joëlle Diane Zellman. Even the finger food and speakeasy cocktails upstairs will mirror the show theme! Added bonus: A free comedy show downstairs the night of the opening at 8pm.
The “Idioms” show was a full year in the making, drawing together four artists differing in age, technique, and experiences. It is part of the monthly Canton First Friday cultural event, and a recipient of a Challenge Opportunity Grant (GOG) from the Artists of Rubber City (AORC).
The show runs through September 26.
