Inner Sight: Feeling Within

Overview
This gentle yoga class is practiced blindfolded to invite a deeper connection to breath and body. The sensory-led practice encourages you to listen, feel, and move from within. Without visual distractions, it becomes easier to turn inward and release comparison or judgment. There is no concern about doing a pose "right" or "wrong". You will leave this class with more intimate connection to your yoga practice.
