Exhibition Reception: "The Art of Remembering: Six Voices, One Legacy"

Overview

On Saturday, March 21, Massillon Museum will open an exhibition honoring the legacy of six Stark County artists: Marcy Axelband, Diane Belfiglio, Frank Dale, Jack McWhorter, Pat Ripple, and Patricia Zinsmeister Parker. "The Art of Remembering: Six Voices, One Legacy" will be on view in the Museum's Main Gallery. It will celebrate the unique voice of each artist and assemble their paintings together in one space to create a choir of expression that represents a significant part of our community's artistic legacy.

We hope you will join us for the opening reception on Saturday, March 21, at 2:00 p.m, on the first weekend of spring. Brief remarks will be made at 3:00 p.m. The reception is free and all are welcome. “The Art of Remembering” continues through May 10, 2026.
