Saturday, October 17th, 2026 In keeping in the tradition of days past on the Lake, a "Dance Under The Stars Big Band Dinner/Dance" will be held at Tozzi's on 12th. This event will feature the 18 piece Akron Big Band, a buffet dinner, a dancing demonstration by Robert McNamara's Dance Studio, 3 hours of music and dancing and a cash bar. Cost is $30.00/person. There are 125 seats available. Ticket sales start June 1st, 2026 and ends September 8th, 2026. AFTER THE 8TH TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO ANY NON RESIDENTS. The evening will be as follows:

  • 5:00 pm cash bar opens (it will remain open throughout the evening)
  • 5:30 Dinner
  • 6:00-6:20 Professional Dance Demo
  • 6:20-9:00 Music by the Akron Big Band and dancing of course!
