5 Things To Do This Weekend December 15-17

December 11, 2017- Just a week before all of the holiday hoopla, enjoy your final weekend of freedom from baking, wrapping presents, and eating too many sweets. Enjoy one of these family-friendly activities with friends, family, or whoever you want to spread holiday cheer to.

1. Kellie Pickler & Phil Vasser Christmas Show | December 15 | Canton Palace Theatre

Celebrate the holiday season at the historic Canton Palace Theatre with Kellie Pickler and Phil Vasser! Both will perform some of their biggest hits and your holiday favorites. Tickets start at $49 and make for a great evening out.

2. A Christmas Carol | December 15-17 | Players Guild Theatre

Canton’s beloved and spectacular holiday tradition as only the Players Guild can bring you! Dickens’ ghostly story of Ebenezer Scrooge will fill you with the spirit of Christmas! Performances are Friday at 8:00PM, Saturday at 2:00PM & 8:00PM, and Sunday at 2:00PM. Tickets start at $22 and you do not want to miss the last weekend of this holiday tradition. 

3. Canton Charge vs. Windy City Bulls | December 15 | Canton Civic Center

Join the Canton Charge as they take on the Windy City Bulls for Throwback Cavs Night @ 7pm! Celebrate the golden (or orange?) era of Cavs basketball as the first 2,500 fans will receive a retro Cavs t-shirt.  Cavs Legends and the Cavs game entertainment teams who light up The Q will all be ricking the Civic Center in Canton! Tickets start at $8, so perfect to take the whole family too!

4. Canton Symphony Orchestra Holiday Pops--featuring "The Snowman" | December 17 | Umstattd Performing Arts Hall 

Experience the magic of the holidays with the delightful children's classic, The Snowman, brought to life on the big screen.  Enjoy music from the movies Frozen and Polar Express as well as the popular holiday sing-along. A holiday tradition for the entire family that you won't want to miss!

5. Winter Figure Skating Show | December 17 | Center Ice Sports Complex

Come see Center Ice's figure skating club and Learn to Skate members perform on-ice routines to the musical sounds of the holidays.
