Sonic Reiki

Soulful Sounds VST and Three Ferns Yoga are excited to announce this powerful collaboration! Introducing Sonic Reiki! Enjoy the tranquil sounds of gongs, sining bowls, chimes, and strung and crystal instruments while receiving a soothing reiki treatment with Danny! The first event is almost full before we can announce it, so we have 2 dates on the books for now!

Tickets: $45/Person

How to prepare:
– Dress in layers so that you can adjust your body temperature
– Eat a full meal 2 hours before or a light snack if closer to the workshop start time
– Many like to bring Crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be cleared and amplified by the powerful tones produced by the gongs and bowls
-Cushions, yoga mats, bolsters, eye coverings, and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring your own, or extra, if you prefer.
– Bring a Journal and any additional items you need to feel comfortable in the space

About the Facilitators
Danny is a 200 hr RYT, Reiki level 2 Practitioner, and a certified Y12SR Leader (Yoga and the 12 Steps of recovery). She is deeply moved by the profound experiences one can have both physically and spiritually with the practice of Yoga Asana, Energy work, and the study of Yogic Philosophy. She strives to continue to grow in her personal practice and has found herself inspired to teach/share Yoga with others. Off the mat, Danny enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, listening to music, and exploring the world of holistic health. She believes that food, music, and movement are forms of medicine. Paired with a willingness to take an honest journey deep into the mind, body, and soul, anyone can heal themselves and change perspectives and behaviors. Danny truly believes that Yoga and Reiki are not only a physical practice but a way of life.

Nicole, Owner of Soulful Sounds Vibrational Sound Therapy, is a sound explorer, vibrational sound practitioner, neurolinguistics program (NLP) practitioner, and lifetime student of metaphysical and esoteric philosophy. She has studied with many industry leaders in sound, ancient philosophy, metaphysical and spiritual practices through mystery schools, and immersive and intensive workshops. Though her early study was self-motivated to find meaning in her own trauma and loss, she now shares methods and teachings she has learned about self-discovery, inner exploration, pathways to unlocking your inner wisdom, intuition, and learning to trust your own inner whisper, which is always present to guide you on your path to freedom, adventure, and exploration.
