Enjoy the 103rd Chamber Dinner with special guest, Alex Molinaroli, Johnson Controls Chairman and CEO!
The Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Johnson Controls Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alex Molinaroli as the guest speaker at the Chamber’s 103rd Annual Dinner on Monday, Feb. 20 at the Canton Memorial Civic Center. Tickets are on sale now at CantonChamber.org.
In November 2016, Hall of Fame Village (a partnership between the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Industrial Realty Group) and Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology and multi industrial leader serving customers in more than 150 countries, entered into a historic 18-year agreement to create the first sports and entertainment “smart city” that will carry the name Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village. The Village is the largest project currently under construction in Ohio.
Molinaroli will share why Johnson Controls chose to invest in Hall of Fame Village, what the first-ever state-of-the-art sports and entertainment “smart city” will entail, and how their investment in the Village may benefit the local business community and larger region.
"The commitment of Johnson Controls to the Hall of Fame Village represents a positive, long-term impact at a level that our community hasn’t seen before,” said Dennis P. Saunier, Chamber president and CEO. "We are thrilled to have Alex Molinaroli at our 103rd Annual Dinner to share his vision and what it means not only for the Village, but for our entire region."
At the dinner, the gavel will be passed from outgoing Chamber Board Chairman Brian Belden, director of sales, The Belden Brick Company, to Judith E. Barnes Lancaster, attorney at law and 2017 Board Chairwoman.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception from 5:30-6:30 p.m. followed by dinner and the program. Registrations can be made online at CantonChamber.org or by calling 330.458.2070.
Tickets for the event are $100, and tables of eight are available.
This event is open to both Chamber members and non-members. All registration payments must be received in advance and reservations must be received by February 14. Register now; space is limited.
