The Beech Creek Butterfly House Provides a Unique Experience for All Ages

The Beech Creek Butterfly House, located at Beech Creek Botanical Garden & Nature Preserve, opened again for the season on July 5, 2011. New this year at Beech Creek is the opening of the Visitor Center. At the Visitors Center you can purchase tickets the Butterfly House, peruse the Nature Store, and explore the Resource Library containing books relating to their mission of education regarding the environment. It also features a beautiful observation deck where you can sit and reflect as you watch the birds and nature around you.

In addition to discovering the beautiful butterflies, you'll want to check out the Amazing Garden. The Amazing Garden includes a train garden and many hands on exhibits for learning. There is no charge for the Amazing Garden.
