Get ready to be enchanted by the magic of Christmas at the Ohio Christmas Factory, Northeast Ohio's newest and most spectacular holiday destination! Step into a winter wonderland created by the same production team that brought you 22 years of spine-tingling Halloween events - The Factory of Terror & Akron Haunted Schoolhouse & Laboratory. This year, we've transformed previously unused space within the Factory of Terror into a heartwarming and unforgettable Christmas extravaganza! Open Friday-Sunday starting November 24, 2023.
Holiday Light Display at Stadium Park | November 24-26
Check out the Drive-Thru Holiday Light Display at Stadium Park. With over 50 holiday light displays, it’s a fun drive-through location. The cost is FREE. Free Kids Friday at the Pro Football Hall of Fame | November 24
Spend your Thanksgiving weekend at the Pro Football Hall of Fame to kick off the holidays with your family. Don't miss out on this annual tradition and enjoy up to 4 kids (12 and under) FREE with 1 paid adult admission ($45). Kids will love the FREE Gameday Goodie Bag provided (while supplies last).
Holiday Movies Series at the Canton Palace Theatre | November 24-25
Watch the holiday classic A Christmas Story on Canton's largest screen and enjoy snacks and popcorn from the concessions. This Canton tradition continues this holiday season and tickets are sold at the door for $10. Doors open at 6:30pm and the show starts at 7:30pm.
Nature's A-Glow at Beech Creek Botanical Garden | November 24-26
Beech Creek Gardens, home of the fabulous butterfly gardens, has fun for the family all year! Their botanical garden glows with holiday spirit and is transformed into a natural wonderland filled with unique areas to explore and things to learn about the wonders of winter nature. Enjoy lots of hands-on activities for all ages! Visitors can make their own special ornament to take home, join an elf dance party, and see wild critters up close. Discover beautiful light displays as you wander through the enchanted gardens at night and enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and roasting marshmallows near a toasty campfire. Open 5:00pm until 9:00pm and admission is only $13 per person. Children 2 years and younger are FREE.
Planetarium Shows at the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum | November 24-25
Walk off all of those Thanksgiving dinner carbs by visiting the McKinley Monument and walking up the 108 steps to the top! Explore the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum with family fun and activities for all ages! Enjoy hands-on activities in the Discover World, including animal friends at the Ecology Island, capture your shadow in Fascination Station, and interact with Alice the Allosaurus! Kids (or kids at heart!) will enjoy simulated fossil digs, experience the power of electricity, and discover the properties of light and magnetism! Learn about the history of Stark County and learn American history from President McKinley himself! Take a step back in time into the Street of Shops and view the gorgeous decorated trees in each shop. Gaze at the stars during one of the Planetarium shows, included with the price of admission! Complete your visit with some holiday shopping in their Museum Shoppe.
Ernie Haas & Signature Sound at the Hartville Kitchen Restaurant & Baker | November 25
Forget your normal Gospel Quartet. Ernie Haase & Signature Sound (EHSS) have broken the mold. Their unconventional approach to communicating the Good News with groundbreaking originality has blazed a trail that will go down in gospel music history. Across Europe, they have been nicknamed the “Ambassadors of Joy.” They will be performing both an evening show and a matinee show!
